Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders within Greece over €50.

Click & Collect (Pickup from Store)

You can place your order online at sexcityshop.gr and select "Store Pickup" during checkout.

  • Availability: Look for the "Same Day Pickup Available" badge on products for immediate availability.
  • Process: You will receive a notification (email/SMS) as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this notification before arriving.

Same-Day Delivery (Athens via Wolt)

Need your products immediately? We offer ultra-fast, same-day delivery within Athens through the Wolt platform.

Standard Shipping via ACS Courier

We deliver to all areas of Greece using ACS Courier.

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
  • Mainland Greece: 1-3 business days.
  • Greek Islands: 2-4 business days.

Shipping Rates: Rates include 24% VAT and are calculated based on total weight.

  • Up to 2 kg: €3.72
  • (Heavier packages will be calculated accurately at checkout)

Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment upon delivery is available for an additional handling fee of €1.74.

Shipping with BOX NOW Locker

You can choose delivery to a BOX NOW Locker and collect your parcel whenever it suits you.

  • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping Cost: €2.50
  • Cash on Delivery Fee (Pay on the Go): €1.00

Europe and nearby countries (DHL)

We also ship to many destinations across Europe, as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. Available methods usually include a faster express option and (where offered) a more economical option.

International shipping typically starts from about €17 for lighter parcels to nearby EU destinations. Heavier parcels and some destinations (UK, Switzerland, Norway) cost more. Exact price is always shown at checkout.

  • Europe express: usually about 1 to 2 business days after dispatch
  • Europe economy: usually about 3 to 7 business days, depending on destination
