At SexCityShop.gr, our priority is absolute customer satisfaction while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Our return policy is fully aligned with European Legislation and Law 2251/1994 regarding consumer protection.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your order (in whole or in part) within 14 calendar days from the date you received it, without the need to provide a reason (right of unjustified withdrawal).
Return Conditions:
For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, complete and undamaged, and its packaging must be intact and sealed.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Hygiene Exception)
Based on Article 3ib of Law 2251/1994 and the relevant EU Directive, returns are NOT accepted for products that:
Are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Have been unsealed (the security seal or plastic wrap has been opened) after delivery.
Specifically:
Sex Toys & Accessories: If the packaging is opened, the product is considered used and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Underwear & Lingerie: Returns are accepted only if the packaging remains sealed and the product has not been worn or tried on.
Cosmetics / Lubricants: Cannot be returned if opened.
3. Defective Products
In the event that you receive a defective product or a product different from what you ordered, we take full responsibility.
Replacement: We will replace the product immediately and free of charge.

Cost: Shipping costs for the return and the re-shipment of the correct product are borne exclusively by SexCityShop.gr.
4. Return Process (Step-by-Step)
Notification: Before sending any product, please contact us via email at [email protected], stating your order number and the product you wish to return.
Packaging: Place the product in its original packaging along with the retail receipt. Pack it carefully in a box to prevent damage during transit.

For unjustified withdrawal (change of mind), the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
5. Refunds
Once the return is accepted (following an inspection of the product's condition), your refund will be completed within 14 days from the date we receive the product at our warehouse.
If you paid via Card, the money will be refunded to your account.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery, you will be asked to provide a bank account (IBAN) for us to deposit the amount.
