Our Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the intimate nature of our products and hygiene regulations, our return policy has specific conditions.
14-Day Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.
Returnable Items
Items can be returned if they meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Item is completely unused and unopened
- Original sealed packaging is intact and undamaged
- Product is in its original condition with all tags and labels attached
- No hygiene seal has been broken
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened intimate wear or sex toys
- Lubricants, creams, or cosmetic products once opened
- Personalized or custom-made items
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
