The ergonomic shape makes insertion easier, while the integrated grip tab allows removal with one finger. They are suitable for sports, swimming, sauna and sexual intercourse during menstruation, remaining barely noticeable when positioned correctly.

Each tampon is made from ultra-soft polyurethane foam and weighs only 2 g. They are individually wrapped, dermatologically and clinically tested and certified according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100. Soft-Tampons are intended for single use only and must not be used as contraception or protection against sexually transmitted infections.

How to Use

1. Wash your hands thoroughly and remove the Soft-Tampon from its individual packaging.

2. Compress it from the sides to make it narrower. For easier insertion, lightly moisten it with clean water or water-based lubricant. When using water, squeeze out the excess to maintain absorbency.

3. Insert it slowly and carefully until it sits comfortably and can no longer be felt.

4. Adjust the replacement frequency according to your flow: approximately every 3–5 hours on heavier days and every 5–8 hours on lighter days. Never exceed 8 hours and avoid overnight use.

5. To remove it, wash your hands, squat down and gently pull the integrated grip tab. If you cannot remove it, contact a gynaecologist.

6. Use each tampon only once. Replace it after sexual intercourse and dispose of it with household waste, never in the toilet.
